Wheelchair Access

Most "City Sightseeing" red buses in Genoa are equipped with a manual or electric ramp and a dedicated space for one wheelchair.

  • Note: The pavement in Genoa (especially the old town) can be uneven. The bus is the easy part; the getting around after hopping off requires planning.

Luggage

  • Strictly speaking, large suitcases are not allowed on the leisure bus for safety reasons (they block aisles).
  • Storage: Leave bags at the Deposito Bagagli at Principe Station or at the lockers near the Aquarium.

Pets

Small dogs are usually allowed if in a carrier or muzzled and on a leash. Always ask the driver first.

WiFi & Audio

  • Free WiFi is often advertised on board.
  • Audio Guide: Provides disposable earphones. 8+ languages including Genovese dialect (Zeneize) sometimes!
